Profundity is a long term artificial intelligence program that I have been working. The simple idea of profundity is to be a personal AI assistant that is further connected and more closely related to my personal data. Profundity is written using Python, including the Tkinter library for UI, and Ollama running in the background for local download of an LLM. Currently, qwen3:1.7b is the model being used for Profundity, as it excels at writing code and is low parameter enough to run smoothly on my GPU. Profundity has access to various personal data that makes him better suited to my needs. Local weather data, financial data, and personal information such as name, relationships, and other daily life data helps Profundity make more accurate choices. In addition to personal data, Profundity has access to various snippets of my code. Snippets of my personal code allows Profundity to write code that looks like my own, as well as help me with common problems he knows I have.
